Open Zeebra, tap your profile, and tap Send feedback. Your message lands directly in our inbox along with the league you were viewing and your app version, so we don't have to guess what you were looking at.

Common questions
How do I get on TestFlight?
We're rolling out invites to friend-group leagues right now. Email us with a sentence about the group you'd play with and we'll add you.
How do I delete my account?
Email ludicstudiohq@gmail.com from the address tied to your Zeebra account. We'll delete your profile, your match history, and any leagues where you're the only admin — usually within 30 days.
How do ratings actually work?
Zeebra uses TrueSkill, the same rating system Microsoft built for Xbox Live. There's a full write-up at /rating with the math, the parameters we picked, and a live demo.
I think a match was approved by mistake.
Ask the league admin to remove the match — admins can delete approved matches and ratings will recompute. If the admin isn't responding, email us and we'll help.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Email us and we'll send you a copy of everything we store about you and your leagues.
Bug reports and feature requests
We read every message. The most useful bug reports include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Whether it happens every time, or just sometimes
- Your phone model and iOS version, if you know them
For feature requests — tell us the actual problem, not just the feature. "We can't track best-of-3 sets" is more useful than "add best-of-3 mode," because we might solve it differently.
